Staff very knowledgeable and friendly.

Good value for money. All machines, pool, sauna steamroller and jacuzzi with classes for gym and fitness instructor. No time limit for over 60's.

No pain no gain. Great place to workout for any age.

Great swimming session. Great to get back after lockdown!
