    Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers. Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels. Starts in May!

    Low impact workouts can be extremely beneficial to your health. Throughout a low impact workout, at least one foot remains on the floor at any given time, and these types of exercises are typically easier on the body. They’re a great way to get the blood flowing while reducing the risk of an injury.

    Aqua aerobics is a fantastic way to get fit and is a medium-to-low impact class.

    A total body workout in the water which is an easy, effective and enjoyable way to do aerobic fitness, overall body toning and mobility.
