    Step aerobics is a fun, up-beat, full body workout that will get your heart pumping and put you in an amazing mood.

    Stretch

    Stretching allows for greater movement in joints and improves posture. It also helps to release muscle tension and soreness, and reduces the risk of injury. Lastly, it may also help increase circulation, muscle control, and improve balance and coordination.

    A popular intense interval class that mixes body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. These HIIT classes are designed to push our participants harder than they’d push themselves. We want to challenge you with plenty of varied exercises in every class, we offer encouragement rather than intimidation.

    Low Impact

    Low impact workouts can be extremely beneficial to your health. Throughout a low impact workout, at least one foot remains on the floor at any given time, and these types of exercises are typically easier on the body. They’re a great way to get the blood flowing while reducing the risk of an injury.

    Kettlebells is a great all-rounder fitness class that will give you fast results. You’ll get the benefits of cardiovascular and strength training allowing you to build strength and lose weight at the same time.

    Aqua aerobics is a fantastic way to get fit and is a medium-to-low impact class.
