6 week yoga course with Michèle
Thursday evenings at 6.45pm or Sunday mornings at 11.15am
“Yin Yang yoga is a combination of yin yoga and fluent energetic flows (vinyasa yoga).
In yin yoga we hold our poses for 2-5 minutes in which we find a comfortable edge and don’t go into uncomfortable or painful stretches. Relaxation and regulation of the nervous system is key here.
During the Yang sequences we will flow through asanas and align our breath to the movement.
Vinyasa yoga builds the deep tissue muscles and can feel a little bit challenging at some points but there is no need to achieve everything immediately and i will show beginner friendly and intermediate variations for every posture.
