Dance Fit

Be ready to shake it, drop it and work muscles you never knew you had with our Dance Fit Cardio class!

This class is a high intensity cardio workout with choreographed moves to an upbeat tempo, this class will give you a top to toe workout and a bit of a dance lesson too. Floor work is incorporated specifically hitting the abdominals, triceps and chest for an all over body workout with an intense stretch to finish.

All experience levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.

No previous dance training required, just come and follow along for a fun, high intensity workout!
