Tabata

Tabata is a style of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that involves 20 seconds of exercise at your maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a certain number of rounds. With Tabata, your body is forced to use both anaerobic and aerobic systems at once as you alternate between hard work and rest. This means you can improve your fitness in a shorter amount of time. Gotta love that!
