Combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high – energy cardio workout into great music moves to create a calories-torching, strength-training dance fitness party. Using light weight dumbbells, you will work every muscle group while you groove. Along with light-weight upper body resistance, you will work against gravity or the floor to define your leg and abs muscles.

Please note that this program is designed to tone rather than build muscle for a re-defining total body cardio workout!
