Pilates with Katrin Parsons runs Tuesdays from 6.45-7.45pm and on Friday mornings from 9.30-10.30am.
Pilates is a great form of exercise for people of all ages and any level of fitness and aims to:
* lengthen and strengthen your back,
* flatten your stomach,
* improve your posture and
* strengthen your pelvic floor
Pilates Classes are also a great way to keep fit and build core strength. It improves mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility, and strengthens muscles through controlled movements done as mat exercises or with equipment to tone and strengthen the body.
Pilates classes are not included in your membership.
Cost for a 6 week course is €50 for members or €65 for non members, (No Summer Pilates Classes)
Drop in rates are €10 for members and €12 for non members
