Pilates with Katrin Parsons runs Tuesdays from 6.45-7.45pm and on Friday mornings from 9.30-10.30am.
Pilates is a great form of exercise for people of all ages and any level of fitness and aims to:
* lengthen and strengthen your back,
* flatten your stomach,
* improve your posture and
* strengthen your pelvic floor
Pilates strengthens core muscles (abdominals, back and hips) through controlled movements, synchronized with your breathing.
The mat exercises also increase flexibility and body awareness, improve posture and mental well-being.
Cost for a 6 week course is €50 for members or €65 for non members
Drop in rates are €10 for members and €12 for non members (for experienced clients only)
