Kettlebell exercises build strength & endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increases grip strength.

Our club members will achieve

Kettlebell classes are on:

Mondays from 7.45-8.15pm

Tuesdays from 7.00-7.45pm

Wednesdays from 7.45-8.15pm

Thursdays from 10.30-11am and 7-7.45pm
