Spinning is a high-intensity exercise program that utilizes a specially designed stationary bicycle and a series of cycling movements that provide you with both a physical and mental workout.

It's one of the most popular classes as it offers participants of all standards and abilities a conditioning workout, targeting those familiar problem areas.

This is a high intensity class. It includes step aerobics, circuits, toning and core work.
It will have you building up a sweat, burning body fat, toning and increasing overall fitness.

Foam Roller Classes
The foam roller is a useful tool for improving flexibility, balance, strength and muscular awareness.
It not only stretches muscles and tendons but it also breaks down soft tissue adhesions and scar tissue.
For starters the rolling motion allows for the release of muscle tightness in muscles that are difficult to reach with ordinary stretches.
The elevation of the foam roller allows for increased extension in the shoulder and chest area allowing for a better stretch.
In addition, the unstable cylindrical shape of the roller provides a challenging environment for abdominal strengthening exercises.

Yoga
Yoga is a way of encouraging the five sheaths to work together optimally, in order to enhance our sense of the self.
Hatha yoga uses posture and breathing exercises to accomplish this. For example, an improved flow of energy to the physical body can lead to improved powers in the intellectual sheath.
Postures can help improve flexibility, stamina, strength, and balance.
In addition to clearing your mind, they can also help your internal systems to function more optimally, and improve the quality of your breathing.
Yoga classes are not included in your membership.
Cost for a 8 week course is €65.

Pilates
Pilates improves mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility, and strengthens muscles through controlled movements done as mat exercises or with equipment to tone and strengthen the body.
