There is no current Bootcamp classes running, keep an eye out for our Summer Bootcamp.

This is a fun, engaging, fast moving, and effective workout. Includes cardio, interval training and strength endurance using hand weights and body weight to loose body fat. This is a fantastic class to improve your fitness, shape and tone and have fun in the open air on hopefully nice sunny evenings!

Benefits include improved athletic capacity and conditioning with improved fat burning.

Just bring a towel and plenty of water along!
