The main areas to concentrate on for your summer body are your abs, arms, bum and thighs; we have lots of equipment at the gym to help you achieve this!
We would recommend the following to help kickstart your summer shape:
* The Crosstrainer would provide an excellent Bum & Thigh workout as well as toning your bicep and tricep muscles.
* The Glute Bridge and The Plank are great exercises for activating your core and engaging your glute muscles. This will help in shaping and toning your mid section.
* The Stability Ball Squat is a lower body exercise (good for legs,thighs,butt and hips).
